  The store itself is great and well maintained but the customer service is severely lacking. Employees all seem to get along with each other and are frequently talking and laughing, which is great to see, but they don't put much effort into their job. Customers with questions are often left without answers and the self checkout is frequently un-manned. I have noticed this on multiple occasions and never go to this store when time is a concern. I hope management steps up and resolves this to encourage more customers

  Come here weekly to purchase groceries. Lanes are always well staffed including the weekends. Produce is fresh, the store hardly runs of out stuff and overall, the store is very well managed and provides for a good shopping experience.

  Great selection, lots of parking, staff pays lots of attention to parking lot. Usually clean. Prices are a bit more than usual, but quality is good. Cakes are really lovely they use original icing sugar not that whipped cream that Sobeys uses. Lots of variety. Great place to pick up a quick meal, and lots of ethnic variety. Fruit is very fresh.

  Good selection of products and decent prices. Their choice of fruits and veggies tends to be a little limited but carries most of the staples. They have a dedicated "organic" aisle for all your organic needs and prices tend to be fairly normal. Cash out lines are small and paying for your groceries is nice and quick.

  Customer service at this store is terrible. I lodged a complaint with the customer service desk, and the two clerks there were indifferent, and actually argued with me that I was wrong and what I was saying was never the case. (Even though I have several receipts from prior visits showing I am correct). The clerk actually walked away from me while I was talking -how rude! (I was courteous at all times). It was a terrible experience, and this was on top of the fact that 4 of the items I needed to purchase were also out of stock. I guess it is time to go to another store (non Loblaws affiliated)
