  The staff were very nice and quick packing up my things. The sales staff organizing my move were amazing to deal with too. The only negative point I could give would be that I would have liked if they gave me the contact of the company who was receiving my shipment as I had to track them down. A name and number would have helped. Would use Focus again for sure.

  Having gone through many relocations in my life, but never one of this magnitude, from Eastern Ontario, Canada, to Austria/Europe - I really needed serious help and a 20 ft. container. This help came (after having checked several more companies) via FOCUS Moving Services Inc. The price was right, combined with plenty of useful advise and tips by it's first representative - from there on I (my case/my load) was passed from one representative to the next along the way and every one kept me up to date of the progress, collected the necessary documents (about which I had been informed ahead of time) - in short, they took me by the hand and guided me safe along the way. Having no comparison how others would have done it, all I can say, I, my case, my goods were treated with professionalism, respect and heart. Thank You everybody! WJ
