  I didn't think I could love this place any more than I already do! After writing this review I received an email from the owner of Spa Sedona thanking me for the review and offering me a credit on my account to try more services with them. This truly shows the great customer service and appreciation for their clientele! More businesses need to take some pointers from Spa Sedona!

  This was the worst experience I've ever had at a spa. My son and I booked a couples massage which is supposed to be quiet and relaxing. The two ladies spoke in their language for the whole hour. Extremely unprofessional. I would never go here again.

  Been a few times and had good experiences. Went just over a week ago for a shellac manicure. Had a horrible experience! The person doing my nails and the receptionist were dismissive of my complaint and issue and just rushed me out the door, refusing to fix the colour or remove the polish on my skin. . Exactly 5 days later all put one finger had polish chips. I will not be going back. Be careful who they book with, they have inexperienced staff.

  The ambiance is soothing; there are teas and short eats available in the lounge area, and it's all in all a cozy setting. The massage rooms are regular sized (not too large) but when you're lying there with your eyes closed, having your aches and pains massaged away, who cares!

  My husband and I absolutely love this place! They give the most amazing RMT deep tissue and Swedish massage. Terry and Janine are our favourites! Friendly staff, great amenities!

  I have been going to Spa Sedona for about one year now. I've had RMT massages with both Janice and Mark, and both of them were excellent at what the do.

  I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage or a relaxation massage. They do both very well.

  Incredible relaxing environment. Before the massage your invited to change into a robe and slippers. Their lounge area is great. The lighting is dim and calming. They set out a few snacks like crackers and dip, cookies, mints and trail mix. They also have cucumber water and a variety of teas. I got a massage from Janine. She was great! I've noticed that their prices are cheaper than most places that offer RMT massages.
