  Absolutely no product knowledge. An associate here told my friend you can hook a soundbar up to a receiver through optical and use it as a center channel. It takes a special kind of stupid for someone to assume that would work.

  The manager on duty wasn't very helpful at all. Wouldn't allow us to exchange a faulty product we had bought from their store. We went to Scarborough and they were amazing! The item wasn't even bought from their location and they had no problem helping us get a product that worked. We will no longer be going to the ajax location! We weren't asking for our money back, just simply wanted to exchange it. Good customer service goes a long way. Too bad the Ajax manager on duty doesn't understand that

  If there was a negative Star rating it'd be maxed out. I bought a product double what I asked to spend upon advice from a GEEK SQUAD member. OK FINE. Tell me I don't know my iMac and convince me to buy something that is completely useless... THEN i ask to return it.. NO u can Exchange.. Will they talk and reeducate their employee, NO but by all means spend an ENTIRE WEEKEND working on a product we sold u then waste more time coming in to EXCHANGE for SAME PRODUCT?! or KEEP IT and buy elsewhere?!

  I just went in to buy a printer at the Ajax location. I spent the time deciding on a printer and made my way up to the cash. On my way up to the cash one of the sales associates commented on how much he loved that printer. I said thanks and continued up to the cash, waited in line and found out that the price was much more than expected. The sticker on the printer was $69.99 and at the cash it was approximately $245.00 with taxes. I told the cashier that there was a sticker on the printer and I would go back and get the sticker. When I went back the sticker had magically disappeared. The sales associate that had said he loved the printer saw me looking for the sticker and commented to another employee that I was back. He obviously knew from the beginning the price was incorrect. If that was the case no problem I would have understood. To allow me to drag the printer up to the cash, stand in line to pay and feel like an idiot was a crappy move. Once home I phoned the store to speak to the manager and was put on hold and then transferred to where no one bothered to pick up the call. Needless to say I will not be shopping at this Best Buy again.
