  My dog has gone here a few times for grooming and she always comes out looking great. The staff is very friendly, even when my mum reminds them 100x that our dog does not get her fur cut, (which even annoys me hahah) they still put on a smile.I always know she is in good hands when she is with them. The store itself is also great. Lots of selection. I especially love the day camp at the back of the store, the ‘kennel’ part looks better than some hotels ive stayed in! Overall a great place!

  I go to Petsmart often but first time at this location. Everything was great until we reached the front checkout. Total chaos and probably the most completely incompetent and rudest cashier I have ever encountered anywhere. Zero customer service skills. Manager was almost as bad as he did nothing to help the whole situation, and when confronted and asked why, as we left our purchase and walked out, said "he was about to". Well, PetValue got a $130 sale today because they earned and deserved it. Could have been yours.

  We recently adopted a two year old cat from this location. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. They had a huge selection of kitty litters and toys for our new addition.
